Elizabeth Chaplin: Christmas Presence

Thank you all for another super concert. Of course the “icing on the cake” was Karen’s solo which came as a complete surprise.

Best wishes for 2018 and a Happy Christmas from Sing 44 (Cricklade)

Robert Snaith: Festival of Remembrance

As Chairman of Voices in Harmony, it would be rather unfair to post my own comments. However, I received so many complimentary remarks after the Festival finished that I thought they were worth mentioning.

Among those received were:

"The choir sound has matured over the years we have been attending, and this evening was exceptional. Thank you."

"As usual, the choir rose to the occasion. The deportment, as well as the quality of the singing, added so much to the dignity of the occasion."

"Another performance of high quality from Voices in Harmony. Well done."

James Brett Davies: Concert @ Dudley 20 May 2017

Many thanks to both choirs for their excellent performances on Saturday, and to the individual members whose joyful energy lit up the evening.       Best wishes,  Brett.

Caroline Clarke: Christmas Concert Old Hill Church

I make a point of attending  the VIH Christmas Concert every year,  and I really enjoyed the moving performance last Saturday. The choral standard was excellent, as always, and beautifully complimented by the presentations from Pure Harmony, the children's choir. This year the singers were also joined by an amazing brass ensemble. Overall, the choice of carols and popular Christmas music made a most enjoyable evening. As well as thanking the choristers and bandsmen, appreciation must also go those who organised the staging, sound systems, lighting, and refreshments, all leading to yet another high standard performance.
